I have been skeptial to get one of these for awhile. It works great, makes fast work of shredding. The only small complaint i have is that i have to fully disassemble to clean, but its worth it.
Works perfectly and amazingly easy to clean. The first time I used it I was frustrated because it wouldn’t stick to my counter despite the locking mechanism. However, I then took the advice of getting the bottom wet first and have had zero problems since.
Wish it had replacement blades, the ones I use the most already broke, but this will get you through a block of cheese in about five seconds assuming the plastic frame around your blade doesn’t break.
Worth every penny! Its so easy to use and easy to take apart to clean. I hate buying pre-shredded bag cheese because it doesn’t melt as well but hand grating was a pain. I could literally grate several pounds or cheese in a couple minutes with this thing. Also, it suction cups in place and stays put which is awesome. Definitely happy with this purchase!
I took this baby out of the box, washed it by hand and attached it to the counter. It works wonderful in fact so good that I made 20 pints of pickle relish with it! Still works good LOL and I’m planning on making and canning a lot of other stuff with this apparatus. Really really saves your knuckles instead of using a hand grater. Plan on making some sauerkraut with it next.
I love this thing!! It shreds everything so quickly, and easily. It’s easy to take apart and clean, and I love that the base is a suction cup and sticks to the counter when in use. I shred cheese mostly with this, but have also owed it for shredding potatoes and carrots! Did all with ease!
I bought this because I was grading carrots by hand which took forever and with this I did one large carrot in 10 seconds. Comes with three different graders and it’s easy to wash and the suction cup works really good for the table. I had it in my cart for a long time I wish I would have bought it sooner. I would give it a hundred Stars if I could.
I’m one of those who rarely writes reviews, but here goes. I love this thing. I had my doubts, as I’m a gadget junkie usually disappointed, but this thing is great. It’s lightweight but solid, easy to use and clean, handles even soft cheeses well, and I now prefer using it over my Kitchenaid mixer attachment. Thinking of gifting this to everyone I love for Christmas. Get it.
